During this class, Shiki will guide you step-by-step on how to make a Little French Cakes. You learn how to make Madeleines, Chouquettes, and Chocolate fondant.
A large variety of french cakes really fun to make for a birthday party. ENTERTAIN, LEARN, ENJOY!
We will bring all ingredients, aprons, utensils. Some recipe required a stand mixer.

Min of 2 persons per class. From 7 years old to adults.
